Community Conversations

SIGAP Community Conversations are virtual convenings of colleagues across the SIGAP community and take place three times per year. Community Conversations address specific topics that are designed to inspire conversations and insights on current challenges and opportunities in the SI fundraising space. Past conversations have focused on:

 

  • Managing Strategic Initiatives through leadership transitions

  • Future-proofing Strategic Initiatives

  • SI Staffing Structures

  • Methods for Sourcing and Developing Strategic Initiatives

 

SIGAP Community Conversations are an opportunity for individuals new to the SIGAP community to participate in our programming as well as a forum for established community members to stay connected and share ideas outside of our annual Strategic Initiatives Conference.
