SIGAP is grateful to the University of Toronto for hosting the 2026 Strategic Initiatives Conference (SIC) from Sunday, August 9 - Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

At each conference, we aim to provide meaningful discussions where lessons learned are analyzed and shared in a replicable way. Previous topics have included:

Location: University of Toronto, St. George Campus - 27 King's College Cir, Toronto, ON M5S 1A1
Preferred Airport: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
Hotel: A room block is available at the Kimpton Saint George Hotel, 280 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S 1V8, with a nightly rate of $314 CAD. Please book under the room block by Wednesday, July 8, 2026 to secure the special rate.
Conference Fee: $1,600 USD/$2,250 CAN

This is an event by invitation only, convening a group of approximately 60 leading professionals. They are specifically selected based on their application. All prospective participants, including previous attendees, must submit this application to be considered each year. The call for applications will be issued in the spring of 2026.

In support of our culture of keeping conversations in the room, which allows for open and candid participation, a remote/hybrid option is not offered, nor are sessions recorded.
